One Million Stars

North Ringwood Community House would like to take this opportunity to thank the Creative Craft group, FAB Group and the many individuals that contributed the 100’s of stars that have gone towards this fantastic project.

Last year Maroondah City Council registered as a Weave community and in doing so pledged to weave 10,000 stars and spread the message about ending all forms of violence – including violence against women and children, homophobia, transphobia, elder abuse, bullying and racism.
We are thrilled to report that Maroondah has achieved 24,000 stars –

Child Restraint Clinic – Success!!

Thankyou to everyone that took part – The Child Restraint Fitting clinic was well received – everyone turned up and had their car seats checked – Big thankyou to Amanda and Julie for getting everyone sorted.  Very educational for those that took part with just about every carseat needing ‘some’ adjustment.  We’ll have to organise another one!!
Thanks to Maroondah City Council and Road Safe Eastern Metro for their support.
