North Ringwood Community House Inc will maintain a fair and equitable refund policy. This policy will adhere to the funding guidelines for Government funded training.</p>

<li>If a student notifies NRCHI.  in writing that they are withdrawing from a course at any time up to 4 weeks after commencement, NRCHI will keep the minimum tuition fee but we will refund any tuition fees above the minimum, and all other fees. </li>

<p>Policy:<br />

<p> <strong>Policy: Government Funded Course Refunds</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>If a student notifies NRCHI.  in writing that they are withdrawing from a course at any time up to 4 weeks after commencement, NRCHI will keep the minimum tuition fee but we will refund any tuition fees above the minimum, and all other fees. </li>
<li>If the course is cancelled at any time during a person’s enrolment, a full refund of the tuition fee applies, along with the appropriate portion of any student services &amp; amenities fees &amp; other fees.</li>
<li>If a student notifies NRCHI.  in writing that they are withdrawing from a course more than 4 weeks after commencement of a course, NRCHI will keep the minimum tuition fee.  The appropriate portion of the balance of the tuition fee along with any student services &amp; amenities fees &amp; other fees will be refunded.</li>
<li>Refunds will be processed by the book-keeper within two weeks of receipt of the application. A non-refundable $15 administration fee will be deducted. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Implementation</strong></p>
<p> When a written notice of withdrawal is received:</p>
<ul>
<li> The Student Course Enrolment Form will be marked that a refund is being processed.  The withdrawal form will be filed with the student records.</li>
<li>Administrative staff will calculate the refund amount and a Request for Refund Form will be completed. </li>
<li>Vettrak records will be updated to reflect that the student has withdrawn &amp; a refund has been recorded.</li>
<li>The refund will then be checked &amp; processed by the bookkeeper, who will issue the refund.</li>
<li>All refunds will be issued by cheque or credit card if applicable.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Policy: General Adult Education Courses</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Cancellation by Student</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>A Refund of Class Fees is given when –</p>
<ul>
<li>The student gives at least one weeks notice of cancellation.  A non-refundable $15 administration fee will be deducted. </li>
<li>No refunds will be issued if the student cancels within the week prior to or after the course commences.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Cancellation by the North Ringwood Community House Inc</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong> </strong>A full refund will be issued if the Community House has cancelled the course.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Implementation</strong></p>

<ul>

</ul>
<p> <strong>Policy: Crèche</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Parents may book and pay on a daily basis for the crèche.</li>
<li>Parents who pay by the term to receive the 10% discount will not be eligible for a credit or refund due to cancellation by the parent or failure to take up the position.<strong></strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cancellation by the North Ringwood Community House Inc</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong> </strong>A full refund or credit will be issued if the Community House cancels a crèche session.</li>
