With a very large repertoire – every week is different and therefore it’s never boring! Using mini-balls and flat band elastics, we involve many parts of the body at the same time and the core is always a part of it. Pilates has many benefits: Muscular balance, co-ordination, correct posture, strengthening of the lungs, suppleness, increased circulation, injury prevention and rehabilitation, restoration of vitality, elevation of spirit.
